A Peculiar Way Of Gaining Self Confidence

i have found, a tool i'd like to share
it is a peculiar way of gaining self confidence
a method so ingenious and rare
with love as it's very essence 

but loving your self right away is hard
self worth is delicate, to be handled with care
all the thoughts which have left you scarred
weigh you down more than you can bear

so i have a suggestion
if you are willing to listen
pay close attention
to the words in your vision

if loving yourself is not an option
and you are not worthy, in your view
you can put your love up for auction 
and love in others the things you hate in you 

for love comes more naturally to the human heart
as is said by nelson mandela
it may seem that confidence and love are worlds apart
but they often fall under the same umbrella

so the very thing you hate in yourself
all the imperfections and flaws 
if you can find them beautiful in someone else
you can love yourself without a conditional clause

there are many beautiful people out there
who are the way you are 
and if you can love them, just and fair
then, self love is not that far 

self love paves the way for confidence
and even if you think it's untrue
it is a concept which comes in accordance
with knowing that the one person who can love you is you.
